June 2014 Wantable makeup review

I've been getting Wantable for a while now. My makeup stash is getting pretty big, so I'm actually getting an accessory box soon and if I like it, I think I'll end up putting the makeup version on hold for a bit. Either way, it's a pretty cool box - for $36/month (or $40 if you just want to buy a single box without a subscription), you get 4-5 full size premium makeup products (they also have an accessory subscription and an intimates subscription if either of those is your thing). When you sign up, you fill out a quiz that has you rate different makeup types (like lipstick, blush, and eyeshadow) as love, like, or dislike and within those categories, you rate things like application type (like cream vs. powder blush) and colors (like neutral vs. brights). Things that you rate as dislike, you will never get in your box, while things you love are more likely to show up than things you like.
Opening the box
Last month, I was advised to take out all my "likes" and just have "loves" or "dislikes" to try to narrow down more specifically the things I wanted to see in my box. I think it worked out ok. My box definitely wasn't as basic as last month's, so I'm happy about that.
Info sheet
My first product was a Chella Eyeliner Pen in the color Indigo ($24). Sadly, I already have one of these from another subscription (my swatch is from the one I already had open), so this is almost definitely going to the trade pile. It's a nice eyeliner though. Smooth crisp line, highly pigmented, and easy to use. Not a bad color, although not one I'd use daily.
Chella Eyeliner Pen in Indigo
My next product was a Mirabella Colour Queen Shadow Duo with the colors Titan and Haute (Wantable says $30, but the Mirabella website says $28). I really like that this is a compact with 2 separate colors in it. That being said, when I tried to flip the top color up, it promptly fell out of it's slot. Thankfully, it didn't break, but when I pushed it back down, it definitely left a bit of an imprint (I think because it had been sitting out in the heat). It seems to be in there well enough now, but a tad disappointing. Also, while I do like bold colors, blue is not really the best color on me. If I'm going to get bold colors, I'd prefer purple or green. But, I'll definitely at least try to make it work. I do love how pigmented they are for sure. I hate when you have to apply like 18 coats of pressed shadow to make it even show up.
Mirabella Colour Queen Shadow Duo in Titan/Haute
Next up was another Mirabella product, their Eye Definer in the color Bronze ($19). I really liked this eye pencil! It has a great creamy consistency that glides right on and nice pigmentation. I like the specific color I got, too. I actually wouldn't mind trying their other colors as well.
Mirabella Eye Definer in Bronze
My last product was a Vincent Longo La Riviera Sun Bronzer in the color Cassata ($32). I decided to branch out just a little and go for a bronzer product, since it is summer and my skin doesn't really have any shade other than "practically translucent white" and red. This probably isn't my favorite bronzer since, unexpectedly, it doesn't show up that well on me in spite of being what appears to be their second darkest bronzer color (according to the site pictures at least - it looked pretty light to me in person), but it's not bad. Maybe I just need to play around it and be a bit more heavy handed.
Vincent Longo La Riviera Sun Bronzer in Cassata
Swatches: Barely noticeable on the left is the Vincent Longo bronzer, on the right top to bottom we have Mirabella eyeshadow duo, Chella pen, and Mirabella pencil.

So, overall, this was a decent box. Technically, they're all good choices and fit my profile, so that makes me happy. I definitely like the Mirabella pencil the best from the box and I think I would've liked the other 2 eye products a bit more had I a) not had the Chella already and b) maybe gotten a different color shadow duo. The bronzer remains to be determined. But this is kind of why I'm thinking of taking a short break from the makeup subscription. I have so much that there's not a whole lot to excite me as much anymore. I would love to come back to it at some point for sure because I love getting makeup in the mail, but I think I need to just pause it for now and work through some of my stash. I do really hope the accessory box is awesome and I can get that in the meantime!

Wantable Makeup May 2014 Review

I've been getting Wantable for a while now and for a while it was my absolute favorite box. I still like it, but I think I'm getting into makeup overload territory, so I may end up putting this box on hold for a few months while I use up my gigantic stash. Regardless of my personal stash, it's still a pretty cool box - for $36/month (or $40 if you just want to buy a single box without a subscriptions), you get 4-5 full size premium makeup products (they also have a jewelry subscription and a new intimates subscription if either of those is your thing - it's not mine.).
The first thing I've noticed about my past 2 boxes is that the box itself seems to be getting smaller. I'm still getting the same amount of things at least for the past 6 months or so, so I guess it's probably better that they use smaller boxes and thinner packing. Nothing is damaged, so I'm all for a little less trash. They do seem to have done away with the little bonus product they used to include every month as well. It wasn't always a product I loved and was usually pretty small, but it was a nice touch I thought.
Info sheet
Now, I had done a few months of expanded preferences to try to shake up what I was getting, but I was finding that I just wasn't always a huge fan of the stuff I was getting within those expanded categories (blush, nail polish, tools, lip gloss), so I just went back to my old preferences where I pretty much only want eye stuff. Let's see what I got.

First up, was a Three Custom Color AfterGlow Shimmer Creme ($22.50). This is a cream highlighter. It's a pretty color in the container, but not my favorite on - it's a little hard to see applied. This is also a repeat brand for me. I don't expect new brands every month, but this is my 3rd Three Custom Color product, I think at least 2 of which are highlighters. I can't remember if the 3rd is a shadow or another highlighter. I know my preferences are a bit limited, but how about those Vincent Longo eyeshadow trios advertised as a featured product this month on the Wantable site? That would've been a product in my "love" category, too, instead of just "like".
Three Custom Color AfterGlow Shimmer Creme
My second product was a Sorme Extreme Volumizing Mascara in black ($19 according to Wantable, but the Sorme site doesn't actually sell anything, so I looked on Amazon and found it for $13.99). I'm hopeful seeing the words "extreme volumizing", so I'm all for trying this one out. The brush seems decent, although not as thick as my favorite mascaras tend to be.
Sorme Extreme Volumizing Mascara in black
Next up was another black mascara. Hm. A little bummed to see 2 black mascaras in the same box. Especially when the site talks about pops of color in eyeshadow and mascara this month. Anyway, this one is something referred to as (PL_) Beauty Mascara Holy Grail ($24). I originally couldn't find anything related to this company online, but then I realized the info sheet just didn't print it right, it's (PLA)Beauty. Their site still doesn't list this particular product though and several of the products are shown as "image coming soon", which makes me a little hesitant about the brand and the value given. This is my highest value item in the box and I can't prove that in any way. Nor does it really look it, honestly. While the Sorme product was in a Sorme box, this mascara was just sitting in the Wantable box, no (PLA)Beauty box around it, no shrink wrap, nothing. How do I know it hasn't been opened? I like to think that anything sent back to Wantable would be thrown out if it arrives unsealed (if they even accept returns on products you've tried out), but I don't really know for sure. I did just send them an email about it, so we'll see what they say about it. I probably won't be trying it though, honestly. Even if it were sealed, it's a thin brush that looks like it would give a more natural look.
(PLA)Beauty Holy Grail Mascara
My last product was an Eddie Funkhouser Ultra Definition Eye Lining Stylus ($10.99). This was probably my favorite item out of the box, although that's still not saying a WHOLE lot. I do like black liquid liner, so this is definitely usable. I do have quite a few black liners already though, and this one is a tad watery, but an extra coat seems to fix that well enough. I guess I might've preferred a different color, especially since I have neutrals marked just as "like" for right now so I don't overload on black liners, but oh well.

May 2014 Wantable makeup box
So. Honestly, this box was a bit underwhelming for me. I usually love, LOVE this subscription, but the past 2 months (including this one) just haven't been fantastic for me. I'm not sure if I've just been a subscriber too long and my preferences are too limited, so I've tried everything they've got or what. They do seem to advertise new featured brands each month though, so I'm just not sure that's it. Why not send me the new brands?

They did change their quiz maybe a month or 2 ago and while I think some categories might be better, I'm not terribly happy with some omissions, like the deletion of the choice between dramatic and natural mascara. You can only rate black or color mascara now. Which means I may end up with natural looking mascara that I hate! For me, it's go big or forget it! None of that natural stuff! (If you like natural mascara, that's totally cool - I just don't like it on me.)

But anyway, with this month's box, I did notice a slightly weird set of choices for me. They all fit my preferences decently, but I got 2 black mascaras (set as "like", not "love"), a highlighter (another "like", not "love"), and a black eyeliner (my only "love" category, but only a "like" color, since I have a bajillion black liners). All very basic and not a whole lot of variety. Meanwhile, the little blurb on their site and in the info sheet about their featured brands this month both mention pops of color in eyeshadow (and the picture for the month is totally focused on eyeshadow!) and mascara. I just wish I got a box that was a bit more on theme this month. I'm not entirely sure how strictly they follow their monthly themes, though. I mentioned all this in my email as well (politely), mostly just asking what's up and if they have any ideas on how I can tweak my quiz to get some better matches next month.

UPDATE: Ok, I hadn't finished this post last night in time to actually post it and in the meantime, I heard back already from Wantable. I definitely have to give it to them for their customer service. The couple times I've written them an email, I hear back quickly and they're very helpful with their answers. So, basically, they looked at my profile and said it's not too strict, but it may help to try to set things only to "love" or "dislike" for next month (get rid of the "likes") and see what that does.  She also said all the (PLA)Beauty mascaras came like that and they do not resend things that are sent back from other customers, so that's good enough for me. I'm still not sure I'm a huge fan of the brand, but I'm sure it's not used at least. Finally, they apologized for me getting 2 black mascaras and said that shouldn't have happened and offered to send me a replacement item to make up for it. She also said they'd throw in one extra item to make up for me being pretty unhappy with the whole box this month. Really, all I hoped for was some advise on my profile and an answer to the question about the unsealed mascara, which I got quickly, so I was already happy enough with that. Their offer to send me a couple replacement products really seemed above and beyond to me and I definitely appreciate that. So, yay for awesome customer service!

Wantable January 2014 Review

I decided to switch things up a little bit for my Wantable box this month. I had gotten down to some pretty narrow likes and I wanted to expand a bit to get a bit more variety this month. Just as a reminder, for $36/month (or $40 if you just want to buy a single box without a subscriptions), you get 4-5 full size premium makeup products (they also have a jewelry subscription and a new intimates subscription if either of those is your thing - it's not mine.).

Somehow I forgot to take a picture of everything in the box and everything displayed together, so I'm missing those 2 shots, but I do have individual product pictures.

I figure I'll start off with my least favorite items: 2 Starlooks products. It's not that I dislike Starlooks - on the contrary, I love Starlooks! I get their subscription!  But, because I get their subscription, there's a risk of getting duplicate products when they send their stuff to different subs to send out. Like now. 2 products I already have. First up, the Starlooks Lengthening Mascara ($16). I actually do like this mascara - it lengthens pretty well (not as well as my favorite Too Faced Better Than False Lashes, but decent) and I love the hefty metal tube packaging. It just feels luxurious. The second Starlooks product was a Gem Eye Pencil in Myth ($14). Again, a great product. Lovely dark gray metallic eye liner that spreads amazingly well because the liner is so soft and buttery. But I already own every color and this is my third one in Myth. So, both of these went unopened to my trade board.
Starlooks Lengthening Mascara and Gem Eye Pencil in Myth
Now, for the part of my box that I changed up, I got 3 nail products! First, I got a Color Club polish in the color Personal Stylist ($8). It's a pretty metallic blue, but I think I have a fairly close color already, so this may or may not be traded. The website says it's a duochrome. Maybe I'd have to swatch it to see. It might have a hint of purple, maybe. Not a terribly bold duochrome though.
Color Club Personal Stylist (that hint of pink/purple you see isn't in the bottle. It's just a reflection of a pink sticker)
My other polish was a Rainbow Honey polish in the color Koi Pond, which apparently is sold out on the website ($10). I like this polish much more than the Color Club one. It's a glitter polish and it's totally different than any other color I have. This is a happy addition to my collection!
Rainbow Honey Koi Pond
My last item was a set of NCLA Nail Wraps in the design Fowl Play. I used to wear nail wraps ALL THE TIME. I'm not even sure why I haven't in a while. I guess I just have so much nail polish, I want to make sure I wear it all! Anyway, these nail wraps are really pretty! I love the peacock feather design and that there's really a good variety of specific designs in the pack. I could wear all of them in one manicure or spread it out over quite a few using them for accent nails.
NCLA Nail Wraps in Fowl Play (I apologize for the blurriness - I didn't even notice until I uploaded!)
I'm really glad I switched up my profile a bit this month. The nail products were great! Funny enough, the part that stuck to my original preferences was the part that contained dupes for me. Hopefullly next month, they'll have a couple different featured brands to send out, so I won't get so much Starlooks. I did put in my ratings that I really would prefer not to get more Starlooks, but I'm not sure how much the ratings get used. I think it's a new feature (unless I just haven't noticed till now!). Anyway, I was happy to see 5 things in the box and the overall value this month was $64. Still a bit lower than what we used to get, but I think that may just be how it is now. After they changed to 3-4 items per month and then back to 4-5 (presumably because people weren't happy with the 3-4 items), it kind of seems like the value might've stayed down a bit. It's still more than the cost of the box though, so that's all that matters. I still love my Wantable. (I may even order an extra box for next month since it was my birthday this month!)

December 2013 Summary Part 1

Well, I decided on the summary route. I'll post the "display" picture for each box with a little summary of what's in it/my reaction. And I want to point out, I don't plan to do it this way again. It's just because I'm feeling really sick and I'm so behind. Next month will resume normal posts.

Wantable

This included:
Overall, I mostly liked what I got. When the sent out the email saying that Starlooks was a featured brand this month, I didn't initially want any, since I already get their subscription and I worried there would be possible dupes. Luckily, I didn't get anything I already had. I'm not a huge fan of the eye pencil because it's not a hugely flattering color, but the shadow makes a good base color. The Girlactik shadow is awesome, just like the shimmer powder I got last month. The La Bella Donna eyeliner pen seems pretty good. I'm kind of overloaded on black liners though. I switched up my profile a bit for next month to try to avoid getting more. The bonus item isn't a bad size, but kind of reminds me of hotel soap. The value of this box was $66. More than the box cost, but a tad low. I did only get 4 full size items though. I still like Wantable though.

Julep Monthly Box

I upgraded to the full collection which included 9 polishes (I added on one more), the Neutral Eye Palette, their Blank Canvas Mattifying Eye Primer, and a set of Twistband hair ties as the bonus (bah). I really like most of the polishes (that's why I upgraded!), but I think my favorites are Joelle and Shoshanna because of the holographic glitters. I think they look better with at least 3 coats though - Julep's swatches don't do them justice. The eye primer isn't bad and I was super happy with the palette. The colors are really soft, almost creamy (even though they're pressed powder), and nicely pigmented. I hope they make more palettes! I was very happy with my box.

Julep Naughty and Nice Mystery Box
Just to note, I added on the mystery add on (I think it was the Kajal liner and 3 of the polishes) and also bought their Eyes All Aglow set (I had a 40% off coupon - I figured why not? I got everything for only $31!) They just all came in the same box, so I took a picture of everything. The Eyes All Aglow set is fantastic. Mini liners, but I love, love the colors. Sparkly and very soft and smooth!
Of the polishes, 4 were new to me (first set of swatches) - I like Aviva and Brenda, but I'm not so sure about the other 2. The other 5 are dupes and are now in my swap list. Those are in the second swatch picture. The Kajal liner, part of the mystery add-on, was a dupe, but I love it, so I'm keeping it (swatched on the bottom of the last picture)! The mystery box also included a tube of their lip gloss in Timeless (keep), a 1 oz Rock Star Hand Cream (dupe and I just arranged a trade for it!), a 1 oz Blank Canvas Face Primer (keep), a set of Green Tea Blotting Papers (dupe), 2 foil packets of Luxe Repair (dupe), and 2 foil packets of Luxe Care hand cream (keep). A mixed box, but not bad for $31.

Square Hue
I tried to resist, but in the end caved and got Square Hue this month. It came with a glossy red, a pearlescent white, and a GORGEOUS silver holo! The holo makes it worth it! Love it.

Phone Case of the Month
This is a cute case and I like it better than last month's for sure, but I still kinda would prefer something a bit girlier. I guess it's easier to make everything gender neutral if they have a big subscription base and don't have time to see if the subscriber is a man or woman, but I've seen some very pretty cases. I think I'm giving them one more month.

Glossybox

My MIL gifted me a 6 month subscription to Glossybox, which was very sweet! This month we got:
  • Anatomicals You Need a Blooming Shower shower gel ($3.39) - huge product! I'm not a huge rose scent lover though. Probably trading this.
  • Michael Todd Pumpkin Mask ($10) - I got one of these from Ipsy, which I haven't gotten to try yet. Whether I like that one or not decides whether this stays or goes.
  • Ardency Inn Liquid Eyeliner ($19) - Full size! As I said above, I like black liquid eyeliner, but I have soo many. I'll keep this, but I really don't need any more!
  • Nails Inc Victoria Polish ($9.50) - Unlike earlier this year, when we got a mini Nails Inc from Glossybox, this one is full size! Unfortunately, it looks a lot like Julep's Coco, so I don't think I'm going to keep it. I didn't swatch it to be sure, but the pictures online look pretty similar.
  • Naobay Oxygenating Cream ($26.14) - Absorbs quickly and smells nice. Definitely a keeper. I kinda wish we got the original packaging though! Cute!
Overall value $68.03! Not bad! I'm pretty happy with the variety, too! My only complaint for Glossybox is that I can't merge this gift subscription with my old account or move my Glossydots over so that I don't lose those Glossydots!

Well, I'm spent for now. I'll continue with the other 6 tomorrow. I do technically have 2 others (Citrus Lane and Kiwi Crate) that aren't even open yet, but they're Emily's and she's a bit overloaded from Christmas, so I'm saving them for next month. I may or may not review those 2 since they'll be old news by then, haha.

Wantable November 2013 Review

Yay, Wantable! My favorite sub! I always get excited when Wantable arrives! For $36/month (or $40 if you just want to buy a single box without a subscriptions), you get 4-5 full size premium makeup products (they also have a jewelry subscription and a new intimates subscription if either of those is your thing - it's not mine).

So, before I get into the review for this month I need to touch on something. I'm not entirely sure when it happened because there was no notification, but September was the last month I got 5 or 6 products, so I think it must've started in October. Wantable is now only sending 4-5 products each month. I'm fairly certain their site used to say 5-6 and I used to get 5-6. Oddly, there was a couple weeks where the site actually updated to say 3-4 products, and I got pretty upset about that, but now I just checked again tonight and it says 4-5. I'm not happy with the lack of communication about this downsizing of boxes. I don't think they're upping the quality of what we get, so it just bums me out that we get less for the same price now. Looking back, I used to get a value of $90-100 every month for the $36 paid, but now it's down to $70-80. It's still well over the purchase price, so I'm not disappointed enough to unsubscribe, and I do feel a little better now that the site says 4-5 rather than 3-4, but I just wish they'd let us know rather than sneaking it. Anyway, moving on.

Info sheet
My bonus item this month was a sample of Skiin Instant Skin Tightener and Line Filler (no value listed on the sheet, but ~ $8.10). This is a pretty good size sample, though I'm not sure the bottle would be closeable once opened. It looks like it's mainly for around the eyes, but I may try it on my brow crease!
Skiin Instant Skin Tightener and Line Filler sample
My first product is a Peepers by Darla Eyeshadow in the color Tiny Tooter ($18). I like the packaging on this - it's pretty cute. I didn't look it up until now, but I now see that the eyeshadow on the website appears way darker than the one I got. I'm sure I did get Tiny Tooter, but the difference in colors would make me a little wary of ordering from their website since their online colors appear way more dramatic and dark than in real life. To be fair, my pictures of it look a bit washed out, so they're unfortunately not accurate either, but I'd say the actual color is in between. I do like it somewhat. It's a pretty purple, although I don't see the gold sparkle the website mentions - it actually seems a bit more silver to me, and very faint. There's not a whole lot of fall out, but without a primer, it takes a lot to get some color payoff. That's my main complaint with a lot of pressed shadows, though. I like it well enough, but I wouldn't buy more.

Better lit closeup to show sparkle
Next up was a Girlactik Beauty Precise Marker Liner in Black ($20 although the info sheet says $19). I like liquid eyeliner, so I like this! The formula seems good so far and the tip was good for making a variety of lines precisely, so I'll definitely add this one to my rotation. The brand name is weird to me. It just looks like something you'd see in the lower end of quality - something cheap from Walmart. But, whatever, it works.

Swatches of the Peepers Eyeshadow (over primer and over no primer - pretty big difference) and the Girlactik Liner
Next, another Girlactik product, is Girlactik Heaven's Dust in Angel Gold ($19). Now, this, I LOVE! It's a shimmery powder for your body (or I suppose you could probably use it to highlight browbones) and it's gorgeous!! I could see the sparkle before I even opened it up to swatch it and I knew I'd love it. I also swatched this with and without primer, just to see how it might behave as an eyeshadow and I think it would be quite a pretty light gold shadow. I'll definitely use this product!!

Pretty sparkle!
Swatches of the Girlactik Heaven's Dust (starting after the liner swatch) - the first faint one is alone and the second darker gold sheen is over primer.
Blurry shot to show off the sparkle!
My last product this month was a Cailyn Cosmetics Dramatic Impact Mascara in Blue ($17 although the sheet says $15). This is the first colored mascara Wantable has sent to me. To be honest, the last time I used blue mascara was high school, so I'm a little unsure of it. It does seem to be a fairly tame blue as far as blue mascaras go though, so hopefully that plus the promise of "long lush eye lashes with full volume thickness" will make this mascara a good one! I do like the heft of the tube! I kind of wonder about the usefulness of the short bristled brush though. I usually get the best results from nice thick brushes.

November 2013 Wantable
Finally, they've been on sale for I think about a week now, but Wantable is offering special holiday boxes that are set to ship very soon. We got a note about it in our boxes and I checked them out on their site. They seem nice - they all include a small makeup bag, a sleep mask, a Bella Beauty roller eyeshadow set, a set of earrings, a Color Club nail polish, and a 29 Cosmetics Dew Lip Gloss, with 3 set combos to choose from. I was initially going to get one and was torn between the Majestic Masquerade and Starlight Soiree, but in the end, I decided against it. I'd rather save the money for Christmas. But if you like them, go for it!
Note about the holiday boxes
Even considering the fact that this was only (and I only say "only" compared to previous boxes) a 4-item box worth $74 (not including the sample which they valued at 0), I still mostly liked it. The shimmer powder and liner are awesome and will definitely get used and I'll play with the other 2 items. So again, disappointed about the downsized boxes without notice, but still liking the boxes overall enough to stay. And I'd still recommend signing up if you like makeup. If you are interested in signing up for this awesome subscription, here's my link! If you get Wantable, what kind of awesome stuff did you get this month?

Wantable October 2013 Review

As usual, just before the end of the month, the following month's Wantable arrives! I was on vacation at that time and had my mail held, so I didn't get this until after we got back. I love Wantable so much. It's my favorite subscription. For $36/month (or $40 if you just want to buy a single box without a subscriptions), you get 4-6 full size premium makeup products (they also have a jewelry subscription and a new intimates subscription if either of those is your thing - it's not mine).

Like always, we got a little sample product in addition to our normal products. This month, it was a foil packet of Skiin Soothing and Smoothing eye cream. I'm a bit disappointed in the size. I've never gotten a foil packet from Wantable. Usually, it's a small vial or trial bottle. I will try it, but like all foil packets, it will be very difficult to tell if it works based on one tiny application. It is a bonus product though, so at least it doesn't count towards the box's value.

My first real product was a Michael Marcus Eyeshadow in a refillable compact in the color Uptight ($24). I think this may actually be $23 - it's $18 for an eyeshadow color and an extra $5 for the compact. I do love that you can swap the colors out though! That's pretty cool! I may end up doing that because I'm not terribly wild on the color I got. Uptight is a darkish nude. It was hard to picture in the swatch, but I fear it may just make me look like I have dark circles or a bruised eye since it's slightly darker than my skin color.

Also from Michael Marcus, I got an eyeliner in the color Midnight ($20). I like this! It went on fairly smooth (though I've used smoother) and it's a dark enough blue to use anytime for a slightly different look than black. I also love the packaging - the shiny silver cap and the brand written all over - it's cool.

My next product was a Beauty For Real Miracle Mascara in very black ($23). I have high hopes for this. It's supposed to be nourishing and long lasting (resistant to oil, sweat, and tears). Hopefully, it also has a good volumizing or lengthening result. I love the packaging on this as well. The mirror and light-up lid (isn't that so cool??) are super helpful if you take it out with you (not that I'd reapply at a dinner table or something).

My last product for the month was a Manna Kadar Trans-fix Liquid Transformer ($19). I think this was the item I was most excited about this month. It's pretty cool. It's a clear liquid that you can dip into any powder product to make it an eyeliner! Makes for a lot more color possibilities with all the eyeshadow I have.

October 2013 Wantable box
I'm pretty happy with this box. The eyeshadow is looking kind of like a bust, but I won't know for sure until I actually try it on my eyes. Everything else is great though! The box had a value of $85, which, although not the priciest I've gotten from them, is still more than twice what I paid!

(And just a disclaimer: I bought this box myself and was not compensated for this review in any way. All opinions are my own. The final link is a referral link, but I also included a non-referral link at the top.)
